Co Managing Director of Family Quality Care and Registered Mental Health Nurse.  I began my healthcare career in nursing home/community care before earning my nursing degree.  Throughout my career, I’ve worked across theatres, medical/surgical units, and day procedure clinics, with a strong passion for mental health nursing. I also hold postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing, complementing my extensive clinical experience and commitment to supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing. My experience includes high-acuity mental health wards, private and community mental health services, and supporting asylum seekers and refugees both within Australia and offshore.

I am a Registered Nurse with many years of experience working amongst the community in both hospital and in home settings. Whilst I specialise in critical care nursing (Emergency), I have had experience working with refugees, paediatrics, telehealth, mental health, management and community. It is my dream to see a world where everyone feels they have the ability to achieve great things, and it is my ultimate goal to help support them to get there. With kindness, passion, encouragement and support, I look forward to working alongside you and helping you grow.

Hi, I’m Scott. I have spent most of my career working in various trade jobs, gaining hands-on experience across different roles. I enjoy taking on new challenges and learning new skills, always adapting to different working environments.

I have lived in Albury for 35 years, and I’ve built a life centered around adventure, family, and helping others. Whether I’m out riding motorcycles, camping under the stars, or fishing in the great outdoors I find joy in life’s simple pleasures.

I’m passionate about making a difference, supporting people in overcoming everyday life challenges, and encouraging them to enjoy life to the fullest.

Hi, I’m Tahlia. I’m a support worker who really focuses on making people feel comfortable and heard. I’m pretty easygoing and bubbly, and I find it natural to build genuine connections with the people I support.  I like to give people as much choice and control as possible in their day-to-day life. Whether that’s helping with routines, getting out into the community, or just having someone to chat to, I try to work around what suits them best instead of doing things one set way.  I’m also really attentive and pick up on what people like and don’t like, so I can support them in a way that actually works for them. Outside of support work, I run my own cleaning business, so I’m used to working independently and getting things done.

With a background spanning both corporate and small business environments I bring a broad range of knowledge, skills and experience that I enjoy sharing with others. Community involvement and inclusion have always been an important part of my life.

I was born and raised in the local Albury-Wodonga area, where I have continued to raise my family. At home, I care for my 93-year-old father and enjoy spending my spare time with my two Shetland Sheepdogs, as well as running a local Sheltie Club.

Compassionate and dedicated, I take the time to understand my clients and provide the flexibility, guidance and encouragement they need to achieve their goals. My strengths include integrity, patience and a genuine willingness to help. I embrace new challenges and I am always happy to try my hand at any new project.

I enjoy being a support worker because I like helping people in practical ways and making their day a little easier. I enjoy getting to know my clients, understanding their individual needs, building trust, and supporting them to be as independent as possible. I also like bringing a positive attitude to my work and creating a comfortable environment for the people I support.
