 Hi, I’m Julianne. I am a Managing Director of Family Quality Care and a Registered Nurse with a post graduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing, which is where my passion lies. My career in health started at Marianella Nursing Home, Albury over 25 years ago. I worked in housekeeping/kitchen and progressed to obtaining my certificate as an Assistant in Nursing. On leaving Marianella I became employed as a Community Support Carer. I gained my degree in nursing and dabbled in theatres, medical/surgical and day procedures. However, my passion in mental health has led me to working in high acuity wards, private mental health, community mental health & working with asylum seekers and refugees both within Australia and offshore. I believe in the saying “Impossible really means I’m possible”. 

Hi, I'm Tara and I am one of the Managing Directors of Family Quality Care. I was born locally and grew up in the Albury/Wodonga area. I am a Registered Nurse with many years of experience working amongst the community in both hospital and in home settings. Whilst I specialise in critical care nursing (Emergency), I have had experience working with refugees, paediatrics, telehealth, mental health, management and community. It is my dream to see a world where everyone feels they have the ability to achieve great things, and it is my ultimate goal to help support them to get there. With kindness, passion, encouragement and support, I look forward to working alongside you and helping you grow.  

Hi, I'm Sam. I was born and raised in Wodonga. Personal life experience has led me to the care industry.  I believe everyone deserves encouragement and support, whether it’s through social outings, personal care, meal prep at home, or community involvement.   I am dedicated to helping others pursue their interests and goals. I aim to be your biggest believer every step of the way. Personal progression drives me. As I support you, I also grow and learn alongside you, and I’m excited to set and achieve goals together. I look forward to this journey with you! 

   Hi I’m Lauren. I’ve lived in the Albury/Wodonga area for majority of my life.  I am an experienced office administrator with a background also in hospitality, bringing a strong organizational skillset and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time outdoors with my two young boys and my husband, embracing the joys of family life. I am a firm believer in the values of trust, honesty, and respect and I strive to build positive, supportive relationships both personally and professionally.  

Hi, I’m Scott. I have spent most of my career working in various trade jobs, gaining hands-on experience across different roles. I enjoy taking on new challenges and learning new skills, always adapting to different working environments. 

I have lived in Albury in 35 years, and I’ve built a life centered around adventure, family, and helping others. Whether I’m out riding motorcycles, camping under the stars, or fishing in the great outdoors I find joy in life’s simple pleasures. 

I’m passionate about making a difference, supporting people in overcoming everyday life challenges, and encouraging them to enjoy life to the fullest. 

Hi, I'm Rachel. I was born and raised in Albury and now live in Wodonga.

My husband and I have been married for 27 years and have two amazing children who we adore. We are very fortunate to have a beautiful Grandson who is the apple of our eyes.

My main purpose in life is to help others and encourage them to feel great about themselves

In 2024 I was one of the Stars in Stars Of The Border. One of my greatest accomplishments was raising $11000 for The Cancer Council through fundraising and sheer determination.

My whole life has been devoted to working with the Early Childhood Sector from working within Childhood services to teaching Early Childhood adult students at various RTO’S. Recently I was employed as a disability support worker at TAFE NSW which I thoroughly enjoyed and felt a great sense of accomplishment in supporting people achieve their goals.

I have high morals and hope the best for everyone. Honesty and integrity are my best assets.
